Make sure to check the calendar to reserve your spot for a relaxing massage. As soothing music plays, treat yourself to a deep tissue massage that will revive your senses.
Depending on the retreat weekend, activities such as wine tours, farm-to-table luncheons, farmers markets, or guided hikes can be offered. These outings can give your guests a great opportunity to get to know their fellow retreaters, as well as the area.
